HOTEL POLICIES

• Registered guests must be 21 years of age or older
• Photo identification required at check-in
• If reservation is secured by an advance deposit charged to a credit card, both credit card holder and credit card must be present at check-in
• Due to space considerations, King Bed Whirlpool Rooms may have a maximum of 2 people in room, all other room types may have a maximum of 6 people in room (including children)
• $15 per night charge for any additional adults in room (over 18)
• Only one parking space per unit
• Reservations and rates are only guaranteed with advance deposit, all posted rates are subject to change without notice
• Extended stay package rates are not eligible for any additional discounts
• 72 hour notice prior to arrival date required for advance deposit refunds
• 24 hour notice required for any change in departure date
• Room and Floor assignments cannot be guaranteed
• Check-in is after 4PM
• Check-out is prior to 11AM
• No pets are allowed in the building at any time
• Children 17 and under are free when staying in parents room
• Additional Special Requirements may be applicable to certain Holiday Weekends
